What Do You Want to Know?
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE BOARDING PRICE?
Daily care of your pet including feeding, fresh water, teats, hay. Daily exercise and cuddles time. We ensure your pet has a comfy stay with daily spot clean of accommodation and full weekly clean.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PET BECOMES SICK DURING THEIR STAY?
We will contact you or your emergency contact to inform you. We will seek veterinary assistance.
HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?
We specialize in one to one walks. If you dog was to be walked as a group it would be by prior arrangement with suitable matches. No more than four dogs would be walked at once in group situations.
MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. CAN YOU TAKE THEM?
If your pet needs to attend the vets we can take them as part of our Pet Taxi service. Pets staying with us can attend prearranged vet appointments as long as told in advance and we are able to offer the service. Their is an extra charge for vet visits on top of usual boarding cost.
CAN I VISIT TO SEE BOARDING FACILITIES?
We love to show customers our site and the different accommodation we offer. Please note this by prior appointment only. Contact us if you would like to arrange an appointment.

Charlotte's Animal services is fully insured and DBS checked for your piece of mind. We can offer references on request from our regular assignments. Before be take on a house visit we do an initial visit free of charge to discuses requirements. We also offer a home management service for your property please ask for details.
